It is an unusual property, so we needed to find a special buyer.
I don't know exactly how Liru did it, but she found the buyer! Fast! Liru Huang was able to offer me options and provide services to help me prepare the property for market. She was knowledgeable about bringing it up to code, what had to be done, and what to skip. That saved me a huge amount of worry, time, and money.
She was an excellent agent did a great job knew her market and was very much in the loop would recommend her to anybody looking for a home in the area all-around polite kind and very respectful it was a pleasure working with her
